And that's what he exactly did. The remix is stretched to nearly sixteen minutes with extended passages and overdubbed effects, but still keeping true to the original. The final result came to be the blueprint of the disco remix – just extend the best parts of the track and keep the dancefloor happy. This remix, when commercially released in 1982 made the original track popular at the charts and clubs again, and this just is a pure case of win.
